Emory brought his creative luxury sales and marketing expertise to the Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team. 

 

Bridging the worlds of luxury real estate, art, design, fashion, and entertainment. He connects the dots between developers, brands, buyers, and investors. Emory became an essential asset to closing out his latest new development project, GFI's, The Beekman Hotel and Residences. 

 

Quickly learning the grassroots and the ins and outs of new development from a real estate standpoint. Emory knew that not only did he want to be the backbone of a sale, but he also wanted to be involved on the frontline as well. Including the creative, marketing, and design process. 

 

Since then, and having a unique position, he achieved many incredible wins for the project regarding sales, strategy, rebranding, positioning, exposure, pr, interiors, and introducing the creative vertical to the project. Accomplishing the end result of selling out the entire inventory in less than 10 months, leaving only The Penthouse, which closed soon after, with a last asking price of $12,499,999. He achieved the #1 contract in New York City. And officially sold out his first new development amidst a pandemic and challenging market. 

 

The developers personally hired Emory to bring new life, fashion, creativity, energy, and his artistic abilities and innovative know-how to the project that is not typical for someone working in real estate. 

 

What he achieved for the Beekman Residences in the past year and a half on the project has surpassed the work done years before, prior to his takeover.
